Single phase electricity is available at different power supplies: 16A, 32A, 230 V. Fresh water available at each berth.
24/7 service available at fuel stations (both petrol and diesel) throughout the yachting season.
Berth users, boat owners and guests get access to 66 car parking spaces specially reserved to provide easy access to berth sides.
Marina is equipped with showers and restrooms available within close proximity to berths.
Round-the-clock onsite security personnel and CCTV cameras installed within the marina. Restricted access to berths for public and vehicles, controlled by dedicated patrol.
We are proud to host governmental authorities: Dubai Police and Coast Guards.
The marina’s diverse array of independently run eateries, floating restaurants and local cafés all offer panoramic sea views of Dubai’s traditional coastline and are the perfect spot to relax as you watch the day go by.
Historical existing mainly as a fishing harbour, the marina provides fishermen with fishing-related facilities, storage for fishing equipment & nets, accommodations, and other services.

The Fishing Habour
This beautiful fishing harbour has been recently regenerated, providing improved facilities for fishermen including warehouses to store fishing equipment, boat repair workshops and sleeping quarters. For tourists, commercial dhows offer boat tours of the city and a rare glimpse into the maritime history of the region.
