Single phase electricity is available at different power supplies: 16A, 32A, 230 V. Fresh water available at each berth.

Fuel

24/7 service available at fuel stations (both petrol and diesel) throughout the yachting season.

Car Parking

Berth users, boat owners and guests get access to 66 car parking spaces specially reserved to provide easy access to berth sides.

Showers & Restrooms

Marina is equipped with showers and restrooms available within close proximity to berths.

Safety, Privacy and Security

Round-the-clock onsite security personnel and CCTV cameras installed within the marina. Restricted access to berths for public and vehicles, controlled by dedicated patrol.

Customs & Immigration Office​

We are proud to host governmental authorities: Dubai Maritime City Authority, Coast Guards, Ministry of Climate Change of Environment, and Dubai Fishermen Coop Association.

Shops & Entertainment

The marina’s diverse array of independently run eateries, floating restaurants and local cafés all offer panoramic sea views of Dubai’s traditional coastline and are the perfect spot to relax as you watch the day go by.
